Christmas with Nema and Papa, it was a delight!

Auntie Marla came for a visit and Izzy was nervously, excited to impress a new guest.

Here she is standing by her new kitchen, refusing to smile, but it really does make her smile. She is also modeling the beautiful sweater and hat that Nema made for her for Christmas. It is a warm necessity in our chilly basement.

We had a wonderful and busy couple of days. Izzy opened a ton of presents and was a little sad that she couldn't take a lot of time to play with each one. Thank you everyone for your very special gifts and company this holiday season.
She got one very special present from her "Dayee" as she calls him. Marcus spent days and days and hours and hours working on a wooden kitchen set for Izzy and it turned out fabulous. I am so touched at the time and energy he put into this special toy. She of course loves it and wants to be in the basement playing with it any chance she gets. Please come and play with her, I think that we have had enough "tea" and "soup" to last us a lifetime already!
