a night at the airport...

Last week we had a picnic lunch and spent the evening at the observation area at the airport. Isabella was able to see 3 or 4 planes take off and a couple of landings as well. She really loved it and was explaining to Mimi and Papa that planes have to flap their wings to fly. She also got to drink some Pepsi while she was there, courtesy of Nema, I think that might have really been the high point in the evening. We had a great time, thanks to Nema and Papa, for sharing their special spot with us!
