It is hard to believe that 3 months have already passed since Lucy joined our world. I am not going to say that it has been easy, but I do treasure the moments I have with both of my girls!
Lucy is sleeping 10-12 hours at night, and not much during the day. WE are still dealing with yeast and thrush and I am losing my mind a bit with all of that. Lucy is still our girl of extremes - she is so fun and happy when she is happy, but when she is upset - she sure lets us know!
Izzy has been fabulous she is all about pretending, reading good books and playing with her neighborhood friends. It is so amazing to see all that she is learning at school. She helped us decorate our tree, treasuring each ornament, "Oh, this is my favorite, special ornament."
We are looking forward to our first Christmas as a family of four!

such cute pics! Am I the only one that thinks little lucy looks like a hoeksema? I see her daddy and grandpa! I remember it being a bit difficult when my girls were small, but just wait....when theyre teenagers like mine, its so cool! love to all of you!
lucy's new nickname is lil booty because she looks so much like marcus. she is so adorable! i am so looking forward to visiting with my little ladies!
