Lucy Turns 8!

My baby is 8! She has started 3rd grade and has become a leader in her classroom at school.  She makes rubber band jewelry and rides her brand new bike for fun.  If she was on Jeopardy her favorite topics would be "Presidents", "Pop Culture" and "Hamilton".  She still loves to sing and is quick to choose what we listen to whenever we get into the car.  She can be found in her room listening to audio books about Ramona and Geronimo Stilton, while she slathers on beautiful smelling lotion and adorns herself with earrings and necklaces.  She is a fish, and loves being in the water. Most of the time she is the last one in the pool.  Lucy loves to be around people, she often asks, "who can join us for dinner ?" She is definitely a people person.  Her favorite thing to say is "What are we going to do next?"  She has many friends at school and has a strong bond with her cousins, often requesting their presence.  Lucy loves to laugh and she loves to make people laugh. She has a strong personality that can light up a room and a sense of style that never disappoints.  We love our little Goosey and know that she will always be our baby.  She still asks us to sing Boomdiada as we tuck her into bed.  We love you to the moon and back and can't wait to watch you grow during this next trip around the sun.
