Paul Collins painted a beautiful picture of Isabella and me. He brought it over this morning, and it brought tears to our eyes. It is a fabulous representation of me and the peanut. We thank him for all of his love and time and effort he put into this piece. Here it is!

what did peanut think of it?? did she know that it was her? has she developed self-recognition yet?:) (anywhere from 18-24 months)...put a dab of lipstick on her nose and stick her in front of the mirror...see whether she touches the baby in the mirror, or her own nose...soooooo fun!! you can see when it changes and she "gets" that it's her in the mirror...i am lamely excited by this....
