Lucy Mae Hoeksema was born Monday morning at 5:26 AM. She was a tiny little thing weighing in at 6lbs and 11ozs. She was 19 inches long. The labor was completely the opposite from Isabella's- fast, and easy!!! She came out crying and is happy and healthy. I was once again surprised, as I thought the entire time that this was going to be a boy!
We are all doing well. Izzy seems to be crazy about her and is happy that we are all home together!

I forgot how tiny they are!!!

sisters!!!

Izzy was absolutely taken with our AWESOME nurse Margie! She followed her around and asked her questions and Margie was so awesome with her time and attention!

the family of four!

first time holding her - she did a great job, she looked at her Papa and said, "When can we take her home Papa?"

If any of you remember what I looked like after having Izzy then this picture will be a surprise for you. This was about a half an hour after she was born, and I didn't look like I have just been beat up!!
