walking in the winter woods

It has been such a strange winter this year, the snowy days have been so cold that you almost can't go outside and the rest of the days are rainy. We finally had a beautiful, fresh snowfall day. We took advantage of it and set out on a hike through the woods with some family. Izzy had an awesome time, she was taking after her dad, and leading us all through the trails. Good thing I had my zoom lens so I could snap some pics of her even though she was far away. Lucy stayed home and had a nap with Marcus.
